I deliver the truck and told them its been sitting becuase it had a bad transmission seal in the front end. They say they will look it over. I get a call saying it has a dead battery as if that wasn't expected for SITTING waiting for repairs.. they said they would have to charge me for that. As much as I was displeased to hear it.. its already there and I'm about to pay the guy good money to fix a transmission. I get a call saying its fixed a day later . I come pick up the truck and ask if its all been handled and what they did.Simple, usual questions. Instead he said the boss wasn't there to tell me anything and just left him with the invoice of $500 no words of what they did on the invoice. I ask again.. so you fixed everything. He says yes I just dont know what. Cool, I drive off thinking I may have met a good mechanic and a deal for the job Nope!! I drove off to find zero was done but they did charge my. Battery so could drive it off the property to just get stuck on the side of the road a mile away. What trash. You can't make up how foul that was. Why did yall do me like that? Frankly 500 for a charge is outrageous gouging at bare minimum. Aka dont go. They dont care they

This is the 2nd time I've been to John's Automotive. On the first visit they fixed an issue with the coolant and the price was amazing. Today, I had the suspension fixed on my car. The price was less than 1/2 what I was quoted at the other business that found the issue. Thank you for being so courteous, kind, and providing a great service at a reasonable price. I've definitely found my new auto shop for life!

This was my first time coming to this shop and I’m super happy with their service! I can’t remember the last time my car drove this smooth haha. They were able to fix everything very quickly and all for super reasonable prices! Thank you guys!

When the AC went out on my wife's older Suburu we were expecting the worst. Being fairly new Jax residents we turned to Google to search for an automotive AC specialist and found John's Automotive. He got us in quickly, diagnosed the issue, which turned out to be just a relatively inexpensive switch, and had us cooling off again in no time for a very reasonable price. Couldn't be happier with the service here. Thanks Johnny.

I have been here several times over the last decade and they always provide fast and friendly service at very reasonable prices. They do not sell you on stuff you don't need. My car is nearly 20 years old and over 200,000 miles and they keep it running great! Highly recommend.
